• hotel transfer servicePickup service is provided from centrally located hotels. Hotel pickup may be as early as one hour prior to tour start time. Please be ready in your hotel lobby 10 minutes prior to the agreed pickup time.
• Due to heightened security measures, you may experience delays in clearing security checks.
• The archaeological area involves walking on medium-hard floors, please wear comfortable shoes and be ready for rain or shine.
• The areas are not wheelchair accessible and not suitable for individuals who have difficulty walking.

• Time schedule for private tours will be confirmed at time of reservation request, unless differently indicated on the itinerary.

• Tours start and end at centrally located hotels or areas designated by the client (centrally located).

• Please note: Starting from October 18th, 2023, providing a first name and surname is mandatory. It's mandatory to bring your passport on the day of the tour

• Please advise your clients, upon their arrival in Rome, to call our office to reconfirm all the pick-up times of their excursions.

• Prices for museums and sites could be increased or extra fees for temporary exhibitions might be applied by their Managing Companies without prior notice: this is beyond our control and we cannot be deemed responsible for these changes.

• A supplement may incur for services booked on special dates e.g. festivities, bank holidays, Sundays etc. We will inform about the supplement during the reservation confirmation.

• Fees to monuments are not included if not mentioned under Inclusions.
