Beautiful city. Well worth the money. We had Hotel pick-up (worth it if day 1 in Rome, its overwhelming). Walked back to hotel when done (25 minutes). Our 1st guide (Makayla) got us on the train and went with us to meet 2nd guide in Florence. She also rode back with us on the fast train to Rome. Tour was excellent. Lots to see and do. Even some time on our own. Only disappointment was we skipped the Statue of David. Not part of tour, but may have been worth the wait in line. Highly recommend for the cost. Friendly, professional tour guides.

What a nice day in Florence! Our tour was well planned and organized with helpful staff and guides. We appreciated the balance of group time and free time to explore the city. Our travel on the train was enjoyable as well. The only challenge was the crowds at the museum Uffuzi however that is unavoidable during high tourist season. Overall we had a very positive experience and would definitely recommend the tour to others seeking a day trip from Rome to Florence.

Overall good experience. The walk thru the Uffli museum was crowed and rushed. We waited about an hour to get in.
