Itinerary

Take a comfortable transport to Pompei but before reach this fascinating archaeological sites.
The first stop will be in Naples, The first stop is in Naples. This Mediterranean city is famous for its rich history, art, culture and gastronomy. You’ll drive up the Vomero hill for a view over the town which overlooks the bay of Naples and extends from the Sorrento peninsula to volcanic area of Phlegrean fields. The skyline is dominated by the majestic and still active volcano Vesuvius. This is the perfect spot to take photos of this stunning landmark.

Driving down towards the port of Mergellina, travel south towards Mount Vesuvius and the town of Pompeii.
The ruins of Pompeii Pompeii are a UNESCO World Heritage Site. Explore and enjoy the ruins of this ancient city at your pace!
You will learn how the eruption of Mount Vesuvius in 79 AD destroyed the city, killing its inhabitants and burying it under tons of ash. The site was lost for about 1,500 years until its initial rediscovery and the objects beneath the city have been well-preserved for centuries. So you can walk along the ancient streets for a glimpse into the lives of the Romans, discovering ancient houses, bakeries and shops and imagine the everyday life in the Roman times.
In the afternoon reach the tour Leader at the meeting point and return back to Rome.
