Explore the beauty and rich history of Southern Italy with our 10-day guided tour through Rome, Sorrento, Capri, and Puglia. From the bustling streets of Rome to the tranquil countryside of Puglia, this journey offers a rich blend of culture, history, and natural beauty.
Day 1 | Arrival in Rome
Welcome to Rome! Meet our driver at the airport for a transfer to your hotel. Enjoy your first day exploring the Eternal City at your own pace. Overnight in Rome.
Day 2 | Rome - Vatican Museums Tour (B)
After breakfast, embark on a guided tour of the Vatican Museums, the Sistine Chapel, and St. Peter's Basilica with exclusive "Skip the Line" access. Enjoy the afternoon free to discover more of Rome or book one of our optional tours. Overnight in Rome.
Day 3 | Rome > Pompeii > Sorrento (B, L, D)
Depart early for Pompeii and explore the ancient ruins with a guided tour. After a traditional Neapolitan pizza lunch, continue to Sorrento, where you’ll have dinner and stay overnight.
Day 4 | Sorrento > Capri > Sorrento (B, D)
Take a boat to the island of Capri, where you’ll visit the stunning Blue Grotto (weather permitting). Enjoy free time to explore Capri at your leisure before returning to Sorrento for dinner and an overnight stay.
Day 5 | Sorrento > Bari (B, Tasting, D)
After breakfast, leave for Apulia. Along the way, stop at a local dairy to taste traditional Apulian products. Arrive in Bari and enjoy a walking tour of the city's highlights, including the Basilica of San Nicola. Dinner and overnight in Bari.
Day 6 | Bari > Trani > Castel del Monte > Alberobello (B, D)
Explore the charming town of Trani, famous for its white stone cathedral. Then, visit the UNESCO-listed Castel del Monte, a 13th-century fortress. Continue to Alberobello, where you’ll stay in a traditional Trullo. Dinner included.
Day 7 | Alberobello > Matera > Alberobello (B, D)
Today, visit Matera, a UNESCO World Heritage Site known for its ancient cave dwellings, the "Sassi". Return to Alberobello in the afternoon for a cooking class and a typical Apulian dinner.
Day 8 | Alberobello > Locorotondo > Ostuni > Lecce (B, D)
Discover Locorotondo and Ostuni, two of Puglia’s picturesque white towns. Enjoy free time for lunch and exploration before heading to Lecce, known as the "Florence of the South." Dinner and overnight in Lecce.
Day 9 | Lecce > Otranto > Lecce (B, D)
After a guided tour of Lecce, travel to Otranto for a free afternoon to explore this coastal gem. In the evening, enjoy a special dinner at a local masseria, where you’ll taste authentic Apulian specialties. Return to Lecce for an overnight stay.
Day 10 | Lecce (B)
After breakfast, the tour concludes. You can arrange for a private transfer to either Brindisi or Bari airport for your onward journey.

Additionally, entrance to St. Peter's Basilica may also experience unannounced closures. These circumstances are beyond our control. Thank you for your understanding.
