- Cloakroom: The following must be left in the cloakroom:
- Suitcases, backpacks, and containers larger than 40x35x15cm
- Umbrellas, including those with spike tips, medium and large sizes
- Walking sticks (except those required by disabled visitors)
- Tripods for cameras and video cameras
- Signage of any kind
- Shoulder bags no wider than 15 cm are allowed
- Wednesday Audience Day: Expect changes to the museum flow. The tour may not end at St. Peter’s Square. We apologize for any inconvenience, but changes are beyond our control, and no refunds will be issued.
- Sistine Chapel: Guides cannot explain inside the chapel due to Vatican policy. They provide an overview of the chapel's art at the start of the tour, usually in the courtyard. Recommended visit time inside: 15 minutes.
- Museum Access: Your ticket allows you to stay inside the museums after the tour, until closing. The guide will finish the tour, collect radios, and direct those staying longer on where to go next.
- Accessibility for Disabled Visitors: The tour route may not suit all mobility needs. Please contact us in advance so we can organize a suitable tour.
