• Please note: It is mandatory to bring your passport or valid ID card on the day of the tour.
• If you wish to add a hotel transfer service (different rate) please select 'Tour with pickup' during the reservation process. Pickup service is provided from centrally located hotels. Please write us an e-mail 24 hours before the tour starts to arrange your pick up time. Hotel pickup may be as early as one hour prior to tour start time. Please be ready in your hotel lobby 10 minutes prior to the agreed pickup time.
• If your hotel or accommodation is not served you can reach directly the meeting point at Piazza Risorgimentojust at the center of the square at the Bar l'Ottagono-look for our staff with the pink logo I love Rome (Metro A-Line, Ottaviano stop) at least 30 minutes before the tour starts.
• This tour ends in St. Peter's Square.
• This tour visits religious sites, and there is a dress code to be observed. Visitors must be dressed appropriately: no sleeveless blouses, no miniskirts, no shorts, and no hats are allowed.
• By purchasing this tour, the customer agrees to follow only the guide assigned to him/her. It is not permitted to add external guides to the group after the tour has been purchased. We inform our customers that, in such circumstances, access to the Vatican Museums will be granted only if escorted by the assigned guide and respective group. If one chooses to opt out, they will forfeit all rights to the tour and ticket, with no possibility of a refund.
• For the issuance of Vatican Museums tickets, providing a first name and surname is mandatory. Without this information, the ticket cannot be issued. It is also mandatory to bring your passport on the day of the tour.
